MeditationFor the majority of us we are uninformed about what is meditation and whether it does what it says it can do.  My old view of meditation brings me to the vision of monks sitting together high atop the hills in silence.  Not so today.  Today various types of meditation are becoming quite popular and can be used by anyone to help them deal with health issues, stress, anxiety and for general good health.  Meditation is done by thought, contemplation and relaxation.

There are many types of meditation but even though they are slightly different they all practice the basic principles of quiet thought and relaxation.

There are various types of meditation such as:

  • Transcendental Meditation
  • Meditation Zen
  • Taoist Meditation
  • Mindfulness Meditation
  • Vedic Meditation
  • Buddha Meditation

Some methods of meditation require you to be completely still while others have you doing controlled movements and others allow you to freely move your body.  The video above provides some insight to what LifeFlow Meditation is.

The end result is the same for all types of meditation and that is to quiet your mind, free yourself from stress and take you to your inner self.

LifeFlow meditation is a meditation guide that provides you with a way to release stress after a hectic day, helps accelerate personal growth and generate vibrant states of health and well-being.
